Have any of you ever ordered from Azure Standard? If not, let me enlighten you. If you are looking for quality health products at reasonable prices, and in bulk, then Azure Standard is the place (or website) for you!
They are one of my favorite go-to companies for healthy food options. We live in an area where we have lots of organic options close by, however, a lot of the organic grains and canned items are not offered in bulk. This is where Azure comes in!

What is Azure Standard?
Azure Standard is a family owned and operated company based out of their family farm in Oregon. They have their whole story located on their website, which is a great history read if you are interested. Azure Standard offers non-GMO and organic food options all across the country. Most of their offerings are in bulk sizes, which is great for food storage and just normal rotation if you bake or cook a lot.
How does it work?
You can search through many different categories on their website between food, household, health, and many more. When you check-out, you find a co-op drop off location nearest to you. Your items, along with everyone else that has ordered from your area, are loaded up onto one of the Azure Standard semi-trucks. The semi-trucks deliver to all of the drop-off locations on their route across the United States.
You will receive an e-mail from Azure stating the drop-off location address, time and date for when the truck will be at your location. Our drop-off host (the delivery gets dropped off at her home), usually emails all of us before the truck arrives to make sure we received all of the details.
Sometimes the truck has a flat tire, or something comes up and it won’t make it to your location on time. In this instance, Azure will e-mail you to let you know of the problem, and then they will e-mail you with the updated day and/or time. Our drop-off host is the loveliest and she is always willing to help everyone who comes to pick up their orders.
What do they offer?
Okay, so what are some specific items that they offer? Here are a few things that they offer that we order on a regular basis. They have hundreds of different items to choose from. All of the items listed below are organic.
- Brown Rice flour 5 lbs
- Whole elderberries 4 oz
- Country Save laundry detergent powder 100 oz – 160 frontloads/80 toploads (I love it so much more than any of the commercial brands)
- Canned pears and peaches in fruit juice 15 oz – 12 pack
- Canned chili beans in sauce 15 oz – 12 pack
- Canned French style cut green beans 14.5 oz – 12 pack
- Arrowroot powder 3 lbs
- Coconut sugar 5 lbs
- Green lentils 5 lbs
- Goji berries 1 lb
- Oat fiber 1 lb
- Coconut oil expeller pressed 32 oz
- Jasmine brown rice 5 -25 lbs
- Canned pinto beans 15.5 oz – 12 pack
- Canned corn 15 oz
- Cacao nibs 1 lb
- Inulin powder 1 lb
- Jovial Einkorn flour 32 oz
- Sweetened coconut condensed milk 6.15 oz
- Evaporated coconut milk 13.5 oz
- Blackstrap molasses 32 oz
- Teecino mushroom teas (I started out buying these from Azure, but now we mostly purchase these from Amazon because my husband drinks them everyday)
For a quick dinner on a busy night, I use two cans of this paired with onions, a can of crushed tomatoes, ground or shredded chicken, and sometimes a can of corn.
We use evaporated coconut milk when we make our healthier fudge, this stuff works great!
Something worth noting –
One thing worth mentioning is that, if they run out of a product before your shipment is picked then you won’t receive that item. The shipments go out at different times depending on what part of the country you are in. They only have so much stock to go out each month, if they run out before your area’s orders are fulfilled then they will deduct it from your order. It’s not usually a problem for us. We just try again the next month or find a local provider.
For instance, I was able to get shipments of the whole elderberries in 2 of my shipments, but after that, they would always run out before our area’s shipment was fulfilled. I ended up locating a local herbal shop about 30 minutes from us that grows all of her herbs and flowers in the northern part of our state. This is probably better for us health wise anyway and we are supporting another small business so it’s a win-win in my book.
In conclusion – we are an Azure family –
Despite not always getting exactly what we ordered, my husband and I love the quality of the organic products that Azure offers. I love supporting a small, family-owned and operated business, and non-GMO farming practices. They went against the grain, and I love to support that. If your family is in need of non-GMO, organic products at a reasonable price, then Azure Standard is for you!
